Position Details

• Role: Experienced or Registered Veterinary Technician
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience and credentials
• Schedule: Hospital is a 24-hour emergency facility. Multiple schedules available. Typical schedules include 3 x 12 or 4 x 10-hour shifts.

What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring

• RVTs must possess a valid Missouri RVT license. New RVTs and new Veterinary Technicians are encouraged to apply.  
• Confidence to own tasks and responsibilities to deliver positive outcomes.  
• A positive, supportive approach at all times, recognizing that remarkable results are achieved through teamwork and mutual respect.  
• Safe and effective patient handling and restraint  
• Proficiency in perioperative care  
• Competency in emergency and critical care  
• Ability to obtain diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy and sample collection, and in-house lab work  
• Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff.   
• Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions.
