Horton Discovery is here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are here overnight to support your hospital. Your patient will remain your patient. Horton doctors and staff will communicate with any referring veterinarian judiciously during the treatment of a referred case. Please provide your direct phone number so we can give you updates regarding changes even in the middle of the night. As a referring veterinarian, you can call our direct Doctors Only line at 573-474-9908 to discuss or follow up on any transferred case. Call for the email if needing to send records.
