Cassandra Fletcher, DVM

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Dr. Fletcher obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 2012. She briefly explored a career in mental health before making the switch to veterinary medicine in 2014. After seven years honing her technical skills, Dr. Fletcher decided to pursue veterinary school, achieving her DVM in 2025 from the University of Missouri's College of Veterinary Medicine. 

Dr. Fletcher's professional interests include diagnostic imaging, geriatric medicine, orthopedics, and surgery. 

In her spare time, she loves to read mysteries, shoot pool, attend concerts and find the best local swimming holes with her long time partner and their wonderful pup. They also have two more cute but cranky kitties that make their little Missouri family complete.
