Seth Thomas, DVM

Dr. Thomas joined the Horton-Discovery team bringing along years of international experience in emergency medicine. 
Originally from the Canadian prairies, he grew up with a love for all animals and a lifegoal of becoming a veterinarian. 
His journey differs from the traditional path, forgoing a bachelors and becoming a Registered Veterinary Technologist. 
He found his passion for emergency and critical care while working in the intensive care unit of a large referral hospital. 
this passion staye with him at vet school in Grenada, when he joined the emergency medicine club. 
After three years in the Caribbean, Dr. Thomas spent his fourth year of vet school at the Mizzou Veterinary Health Center and travelled around North America working in different veterinary practices. 
He felt at home in Missouri and enjoys a busy lifestyle with his girlfriend and four Caribbean rescue dogs but can more often than not, be found swinging in his hammock or burning gas in his late grandfather's classic mustang.
